Carbo Cravings

Opening a restaurant in Hong Kong has been my dream since the beginning of my cooking journey. This dream has continued to drive me to learn more about culinary and become a better home cook. Along the way, I've looked up to Michelin star chefs like Joël Robuchon and Gordon Ramsay.

When first I learned about Calioo, a platform that allows passionate home cooks to launch their own online restaurants from their homes, I was immediately hooked; I saw Calioo as an avenue for me to begin realizing my culinary aspirations, as it would provide me with the opportunity to share my dishes with the broader Hong Kong community. Even though I had spent years developing recipes and refining my craft, I only had the chance to serve my food to friends and family. 

Thus, I launched my restaurant Carbo Cravings in December of 2020 on Calioo. I have been running it by myself ever since, making dishes and delivering my food to customers around Hong Kong.
